The Ultra-thin precise mirror is made from the ultra-thin float glass imported from Belgium, Germany and Italy, processed through grinding & washing, vacuum aluminizing, paint coating, and CNC cutting. Before cutting, a surface precision-polishing & protection treament is necessary to form an invisible protective film on the surface to make the mirror hydrophobic, haze-resistant and shiny with a reflectivity over 80%. The thickness ranges from 0.75mm to 2.0mm with a tolerance ±0.1mm. Various shapes & sizes, such as rectangular, round, irregular shapes and color screen-printing , Can be customized as per your requirements.
